Prosciutto and Apple Pizza
INGREDIENTS
- Big Red Walnuts
- ½ Fuji Apple- Sliced
- 4 oz Fontina Cheese
- 2 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 oz Prosciutto di san daniele
- Pinch of Oregano
- Aged Balsamic Vinegar from Modena
- 1 Neapolitan pizza dough
DIRECTIONS
Stretch the pizza dough into a 10-inch circle. Add extra virgin olive oil. Then layer the fontina cheese, apples, and prosciutto in that order. Add oregano and place in oven at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Finish with aged balsamic vinegar.
