Prosciutto and Apple Pizza

INGREDIENTS
  • Big Red Walnuts
  • ½ Fuji Apple- Sliced
  • 4 oz Fontina Cheese
  • 2 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
  • 4 oz Prosciutto di san daniele
  • Pinch of Oregano 
  • Aged Balsamic Vinegar from Modena 
  • 1 Neapolitan pizza dough
DIRECTIONS

Stretch the pizza dough into a 10-inch circle. Add extra virgin olive oil. Then layer the fontina cheese, apples, and prosciutto in that order. Add oregano and place in oven at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Finish with aged balsamic vinegar.
